Kisaki vol 26 Poetry Journal just came in with my artwork on front and back cover.

Its been a little over one week since Kiyomi and I moved into our new Townhouse in Easthampton MA. Home Art Studio and Music Studio photos arriving soon (Photographer: Kiyomi).

Big piece arrived from the gallery to my office today. “2021 Bioluminescent” Medium: Acrylic, Beeswax, Glow in the Dark Paint, Graphite Powder on Hemp Fiberboard.

New art coming up for this season. (3 pieces: Chicken Fried Flip Flop embedded in clear soap. piece is a rendering of 3D Sculpture; Hologram studies in office series arriving this spring.)

Post From The ArtSalon: Our next artist spotlight is Raishad Glover! Born in 1980 in Heidelberg, Germany, Raishad JaBar Glover’s educational journey spans prestigious institutions across the United States. He began at The Governor’s School for the Arts in Greenville, SC, then pursued his high school diploma at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts in New Orleans, LA. Subsequently, he attended Xavier University of LA, followed by the Tufts University School of Museum for Fine Arts in Boston, MA, where he earned a Studio Diploma. Finally, he completed his education at Yale University’s School of Art in New Haven,CT, obtaining an MFA. Identifying as a Conceptual artist, Glover explores various mediums including Lenticular Printing, Graphite Powder, Beeswax, Dura-trans/backlit Film, Analog/Digital Photography, Wool and LED Lights. Presently, he serves as a professor instructing Graphic Design and Visual Art at Holyoke Community College in Holyoke, MA. Glover currently resides in Northampton, MA, and is represented by the George Gallery in Charleston, SC. See more of Raishad’s work on May 16th at Holyoke Media!
